What is Your Exercise Prescription?

Today it is possible to prescribe exercise as accurately as a physician prescribes a medication. This presentation illustrates the eight different parts of a well designed exercise prescription. It shows why each part is important and how to “fill” the prescription. The acronym “PFITTNOS” is used to help remember the different components.
